- Individual who has experience in Handling the B2C Business Centre especially coming from Customer Service / International Marketing Department of a Hospital or eCommerce Health Care Portal.
- Establish processes and procedures i.e. Starting from International marketing to communicating with facilitators to daily communication.
- Experience in Handling Online Payment Gateway Transaction, Daily reconciliation and reporting
- Client interaction & building relationship for continuous renewals.
- To ensure the best possible care and service is provided to each user & assist them with booking.
- To generate the monthly revenue list of services department.
- Making the SoP to ensure that zero error logs from User and Clients perspective.
- Meeting with clients, doctors and officials to coordinate smooth execution.
