Refunds and Returns Policy
At Imedilane.com, we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with product delivery. And we are happy to issue a full refund based on the conditions listed below:
Refunds Possible If
• you received a defective item;
• the ordered item(s) is lost or damaged during transit;
• the ordered item(s) is past its expiry date.
Please note: Refund payments will only be made via the original payment method of your order. Please allow 7 to 10 or may exceed working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that.
COD/ Prepaid Delivery :
We don’t sell prescribed medicine online, payment if taken against the order you have placed post checking your prescription. For COD you need to pay 10% to 20% of the amount to ship the order in case of any reason the parcel is not accepted by the person placing the order or on the shipping address. The shipping charges Too and Fro ( Both side shipment ) along with internet handling charges ( which includes payment gateway charges) and government tax paid for sending the parcel are non refundable and for which you can’t make any claim. Amount after deducting the charges will be refunded back. We have put less amount against the shipping and Internet handling charges as we adjust the amount from the profit we make if delivery is accepted, incase of reversal of the parcel the actual charges will be deducted which will also include the Government Tax
How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, simply email us your order details, including the reason why you’re requesting a refund. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service.
